Judge to Let Edgar Children Testify Through Closed-Circuit Television

OLATHE, Kan. — A judge agreed Wednesday to allow two children to testify against their former adoptive parents through closed-circuit television, rather than in a Johnson County courtroom. Their former parents, Neil and Christy Edgar, were accused in the death of their adopted son Brian. In another development in the case, the third defendant, Chasity Boyd, sought her own trial.
