Broken Arrow Police are issuing a traffic advisory for Wednesday’s funeral service for the Reverend Kenneth Hagin. About 15,000 people are expected to attend services for Hagin. He died Friday at the age of 86. Hagin moved here from Texas in 1966 and founded Rhema Bible Training Center in 1974. The ministry now has 8,000, and is run by Hagin’s son and grandson. The Reverend Kenneth Hagin, the founder of Kenneth Hagin Ministries has died. In a news release, we are told Reverend Hagin passed away at seven o’clock this morning in a Tulsa hospital. Hagin was rushed to the hospital last Sunday and had been in Cardiac Intensive care. He founded the Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow in 1974, it now has 23,000 alumni. He is survived by his wife Oretha, two children, five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. The Reverend Kenneth Hagin was 86 years old.

Hagin, founder of Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, was in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit of a Tulsa hospital Monday after collapsing at home Sunday afternoon. Hagin, 86, was in critical but stable condition, according to a family spokesman, who asked that the name of the hospital not be disclosed to respect the family’s privacy. The founder of Rhema Bible Church and Training Center in Broken Arrow became seriously ill over the weekend. A ministry spokesman says 86-year-old Reverend Kenneth Hagin Senior is in critical condition at a local hospital. The spokesman says the family is by his side. Hagin brought his ministry to Oklahoma in 1966. Since then the church has grown to more than 8,000 members and the school has graduated more than 23,000 students.
