The Vanilla Sky star admits she has benefitted from Scientology – which has been attacked by religious leaders for alienating followers from their families – after being introduced to it by her Hollywood beau.
Cruz, who was raised a Catholic, joins the likes of John Travolta and Kirstie Alley in the controversial communion.
“Thanks to my boy, I have got to know Scientology and I can only say positive things about it,” she said.
