A federal judge will decide later this week if white supremacist Matthew Hale and his followers will be fined $200,000.
U.S. District Judge Joan Lefkow may order Hale and his group to pay the money for violating court orders in a trademark infringement lawsuit.
Hale and his World Church of the Creator were sued by an Oregon church with a similar name. Hale and his group have been ordered to stop using the name of the World Church of the Creator.
But they allegedly continue to use the name. Lefkow may decide by Friday if Hale and eight others will be fined.
Hale is charged with soliciting a member of his organization to murder Lefkow. He is currently being held without bond.
