Autopsy shows Guyana teen in exorcism case died from meningitis; no charges planned



The government of Guyana says acute meningitis caused the death of a 15-year-old who died following an exorcism.

Police says no criminal charges are expected against a pastor who treated the girl’s convulsions with an exorcism that lasted some five hours.
