Could aliens clean up Gulf spill?

Denver-based alien expert Jeff Peckman says the answer to the Gulf oil disaster may lie in sophisticated extraterrestrial technology.

Peckman, who is running a Denver ballot initiative that would create a commission to study extraterrestrial affairs, says whistle-blowers have pointed to advanced alien technology that could achieve the kind of environmental cleanup that is necessary to handle the Gulf disaster.
