Defense rests after calling only three witnesses in conspiracy trial

The defense has rested its case in the trial of two alleged white supremacists accused of plotting to bomb black or Jewish landscapes.

Defense attorneys for Leo Felton and Erica Chase rested this morning after presenting only three witnesses. Neither Felton nor Chase were called to testify on their own behalf.

The case could go to the Boston federal jury after closing arguments tomorrow.
