General Franco gave list of Spanish Jews to Nazis

The Spanish dictator, General Francisco Franco, whose apologists usually claim that he protected Jews, ordered his officials to draw up a list of some 6,000 Jews living in Spain and include them in a secret Jewish archive. At the end of the World War in 1945, Franco’s regime ordered the destruction of all documents relating to the census of Jews in Spain carried out in 1941 at the request of Hitler’s Germany.

Hate groups American neo-Nazis are using deceptive free music downloads to lure youth and college students into anti-Semitism, according to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of the B’Nai Brith organization. It said the new tactics specifically target high school and college students through advertisements in school newspapers.

Israel’s Arutz Sheva reports that a man who operates a racist web site tricked school papers “by changing his site when he placed ads offering music by independent artists, but after the ads were published, he returned the site to its usual white supremacist format.”

Poll Finds Rising Antipathy Toward Jews and Muslims in Europe

Survey The Washington-based Pew Research Center’s global attitude survey found that 46 percent of Spanish, 36 percent of Poles and 34 percent of Russians viewed Jews unfavorably, while the same was true for 25 percent of Germans, and 20 percent of French.

Opinions of Muslims are also worsening compared with previous years, with 52 percent in Spain, 50 percent in Germany, 46 percent in Poland and 38 percent in France having negative attitudes toward them.
