The Bishop: At first, the man who calls himself “The Bishop” was considered just an oddball with an apparent beef against investment firms. But in late January, authorities believe he walked into a suburban Chicago post office and mailed two pipe bombs loaded with gunpowder to offices in Kansas City, Mo., and Denver.

The Bishop: In his letters, The Bishop has demanded that financial companies move the prices of certain stocks to certain levels, often $6.66 – an apparent reference to the Antichrist, said corporate counterterrorism expert Fred Burton.
