Carl Drew: FALL RIVER -- Prosecutors attempting to keep convicted "cult murderer" Carl Drew behind bars have submitted a list of at least 26 witnesses they plan to call during Drew’s evidentiary hearing. The hearing could pave the way to a new trial for the man who has spent the past 24 years in prison for a crime he insists he never committed.
