Polygamist David Ortell Kingston’s prison sentence for having sexual relations with his 15-year-old niece will be terminated on June 10, 2003, the Utah Board of Pardons announced Thursday.

By that time, Kingston, a 36-year-old accountant, will have served four years of a potential 10-year prison term on third-degree felony convictions for incest and unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
