Manual Customization

To include the ticker in your site point an iframe at http://www.religionnewsblog.com/include/sidebar.html – the ticker’s location.

Your customization information is simple tagged on to the URL. For example; to specify that the font Arial should be used the above URL would read http://www.religionnewsblog.com/include/sidebar.html?ff=Arial. Variables are seperated by a & sign. Example: http://www.religionnewsblog.com/include/sidebar.html?ff=Arial&fc=yellow.

fs	font-size. Numerical. Font-size is measured in px (pixels)	10px
td	text decoration. Accepts: none\| [ underline \|\| overline \|\| line-through \|\| blink. Note: most browsers do not support blink due to its annoying effect	none
fc	font color when the mouse is not over the ticker. Example: white, blue, red. When using hexadecimal values do not include the # sign	blue
bc	background color. Example: white, blue, red. When using hexadecimal values do not include the # sign	kind of yellow
fw	font weight. Possible values: normal \| bold \| bolder \| lighter \| 100 \| 200 \| 300 \| 400 \| 500 \| 600 \| 700 \| 800 \| 900	normal
hc	hover font color. Color of the text on mouse-over. See also under fc (font color).	red
hw	hover font weight. Font weight on mouse-over. See also under fw (font weight)	normal
hd	hover text decoration. Text decoration on mouse-over. See also under td (text decoration)	none
hb	hover background color. Background color on mouse-over. See also under bc (background color)	kind of yellow
tar	link target. _blank renders the link in a new, unnamed window. _parent renders the link in the page/frame containing the ticker. _top renders the link in the full, unframed window. *your custom frame name* renders the link in the frame with the identical name	_blank
