Chattanooga Muslims ‘Scared’ About Video Of Quran Shooting
Muslims in Chattanooga say they are discussing security precautions in the wake of a recent incident.
The FBI is looking into an online video that shows two gunmen shooting a copy of the Quran and then leaving the bullet-riddled holy book outside a Chattanooga mosque.
The video, titled “kill the koran,” was posted on the MySpace-dot-com social networking Web service last month.
A man on the Web site identified himself as “mully88″ and claimed to live in Chattanooga. His profile listed as heroes “anybody that has killed a Muslim or at least tried to kill a Muslim.”
The video shows a man identified only as mully88 and another man in a wooded area shooting the book with an assault rifle and later dropping it in front of the Chattanooga Islamic Center.
