An expert is now on the case after evidence of possible cult activity was found in a local park.
Earlier in June, a black cat was found killed at the Voice of America Park.
The Butler County Deputy Dog Warden then found other items that could have been used for cult rituals.
A former Middletown police detective known across the country as a cult expert has looked at the evidence.
He is now trying to determine whether it is cult activity, but says no matter what, it is deviant behavior and those responsible must be caught.
