Ashtabula County Judge Ronald Vettel sentenced Ralph Clark to life in prison with the possibility of parole after twenty eight years.
Back in may Clark beat his estranged wife Carolyn to death in front of their five youngest children.
Carolyn Clark had filed for divorce shortly before her beating death.
