Ayah Pin’s first wife files contempt of court proceedings
More articles on this topic: Sky Kingdom | Ayah PinKUALA TERENGGANU: Sky Kingdom sect follower Che Minah Remeli, 58, has filed contempt of court proceedings against the Besut Land Office administrator for demolishing the structures on her land in Kampung Batu 13 in Hulu Besut on July 31.
The application was filed at the High Court registry here at 10.50am Sunday.
Che Minah, the first wife of sect leader Ariffin Mohamad, 65, better known as Ayah Pin, is the owner of the 2.2ha land.
She also named the Besut assistant land office administrator Mohd Iskandar Muhammad Aziz as the second respondent.
Haris said her son Mazlan affirmed the affidavit in support of the application since his client had gone missing following the state Islamic Affairs department raid at the commune on July 20.
