Fresh charges for Mary Deya

Police have filed 10 fresh charges of children theft against the wife of UK based televangelist Gilbert Deya.

Mary Deya is now accused of stealing five children from various nursing homes and illegally registering them as her own.

She has denied the charges and has been released on a bond of half a million shillings.

The case was to be heard today but her lawyers asked for time to study the new evidence that prompted the new charges.

The case will now be heard on the 30th of September.
