Several people needed emergency first aid last night…as they waited to see a US faith healer.

One fan in the 20,000 crowd at Manchester’s MEN had a heart attack. Others were treated by paramedics for exhaustion as more ambulances raced to the scene.

They had all come to see white-suited Texan preacher Benny Hinn hoping for a miracle cure.
