Simon Sue pleads not guilty in contempt case

A Colorado Springs man accused of planning and ordering the deaths of a family near Guffey in Park County pleaded not guilty Monday to contempt of court charges.
Twenty year old Simon Sue refused to supply handwriting samples requested last month by the Park County District Attorney and was held in contempt of court. He’s accused of being a cult leader and orchestrating the murders of 15 year old Tony Dutcher and Dutcher’s grandparents on New Year’s Eve, 2000
